Harold Youra

With over thirty years of executive-level sales and alliance management experience within diverse and complex technology corporations, Harold Youra helps technology vendors work more productively with the Federal government as President of Alliance Solutions.

Throughout his career, Harold has actively participated in the sales process, with responsibilities ranging from direct sales and channel development to sales management and territory development within corporations like UPS, Arrow Electronics, and MicroStrategy. Harold decided to bring these experiences and deep knowledge of the working environment US Federal agencies to a larger set of clients when he founded Alliance Solutions in January 2002.

Additionally, Harold’s leadership in government operations reaches the broader community with his active participation on several industry groups and associations, including:

  • Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) – Vice President, Programs, Bethesda Chapter, Vice President, Technology Symposia, and member of the Washington Chapter
  • Industry Advisory Council – as Chair, Homeland Protection Shared Interest Group
  • Industry Advisory Council – as Chair, Membership, Collaboration and Transformation Shared Interest Group
