Harold Youra

Harold Youra is the President of Alliance Solutions, a consulting organization that facilitates relationships and partnerships between technology vendors, federal integrators, and government agencies. Youra founded Alliance Solutions in 2001, with over thirty years of executive-level sales and alliance management experience in complex technology corporations.

Youra has an acute sense when dealing with the inner workings of the US Federal government and its agencies, that is the result of a variety of positions he’s held ranging from direct sales and channel development to sales management and territory development for corporations such as UPS, Arrow Electronics, and MicroStrategy. His experience allows him to chart paths for clients that can save them time and money in developing the relationships they need to increase sales channels with the government.

Alliance Solutions has worked with a diverse group of technology vendors including Dun & Bradstreet, IBM, Microsoft, VM Ware, Metalogix, SAP Business Objects, Quest Software, and Socrata.

In addition to his work with Alliance Solutions, Youra also has visibility and reach in the broader community with his active participation in the following industry groups and associations:

  • Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) – 2005/2006/2007 as Vice President, Programs, Bethesda Chapter and member of the Washington Chapter
